Rip Off This is a very dishonest and deceitful company that lacks integrity, professionalism, and respect. I do not recommend them and advise consumes to beware and find a more reputable company. Mike cleaned my chimney and broke my damper in the process. Then he lied about it. When I spoke with the owner she said Mike "noticed the damper was old before cleaning the chimney but he didn't expect it to fall apart like it did, so he'd fix it free of charge." AAA Chimney Sweep Omaha, NE I telephoned on two different days. I left messages on the voice mail to call back each of the two days I called. There was no answer and no return call after three days. No telling how good of a job they would have done on the fireplace and chimney.
