The Chesapeake Location is outstanding. I've been taking my vehicle there for years. Prompt, outstanding service for a great price. I've not found a better place to go for repairs, oil changes or state inspections.
Even if they are unable to fix my car (I will know next week) but the professionalism and customer service is top tier! I literally could cry tears of happiness! It’s been a frustrating day dealing with several car auto shops and Triple A really swooped in and stole my heart just by being understanding and caring! I love it here! Again if my car is unable to be serviced oh well, I am still giving 5 stars for the customer service alone!
Took my car in at 9 am for a state inspection they said it would be done by that afternoon and never heard from them and never got a call saying they couldn't get to it or anything. I will not be giving my business to them any longer.
