I am not usually one to write reviews but I felt I needed to write this one to prevent a similar experience for someone else. We had them do a basic cleaning of two rooms and stairs. They seemed very much in a hurry and finished much quicker than any other carpet cleaner we have hired. The person that cleaned the carpets was very friendly and did try to up sell us to a more expensive service. We declined because we were planning to replace the carpet soon.
