Showed up to jump my truck i know my battery is in rough shape and is needed soon but not now he hooks it up as I try starting it he rips the jump pack off tells me again I need a battery and alternator now it only had 7 volts coming out tried explaining the difference between firing and running. He's a mechanic. Great customer service and very friendly. I had to drive here from Summerville as they did not have anyone to do an international license. So I was appreciative for their assistance.
Made an appointment to have a diagnostic on the tail gate on my car. On the day of my appointment, while driving an hour in traffic to get to the appointment, i got a call saying they had decided they could not do the test. They had over a week to make this decision and did not. UNSAT.
