Ala is the best road side assistants driver. Showed up fast. And was an extremely nice guy
Employees were somewhat helpful but did not help with everything else we needed.
I got a I international drivers license and the staff were so nice, I wasn't feeling well and they gave me a seat and something to drink...the customer service was Excellent! I will definitely use this location in the future and I want to thank everyone there for how helpful and quickly they processed it!
Took car in for routine oil change. Brought car home and seatbelt chime is no longer working. NEVER had any issue with this in 11 years until yesterday. Took it back for them to check it out and service manager denied fault. Will not go back to AAA on Sam Rittenberg in Charleston SC and will most likely cancel my AAA membership after 25+ years. Do not recommend their auto department.
