I called this company and they sent a repairman within two hours. I had to step out of the house for a few minutes and they agreed to call me when the repairman was about 15 minutes away. They did exactly as they promised. The repairman (Jonathan) was friendly and informative. He asked pertinent questions about the problems with our dryer and diagnosed the issue right away.
