Went there to get an international permit. Very kind and professionally acommodated.
Very helpful, I got my car insurance and save $400.
Went to get a document notarized and it needed two witnesses. I understand that the company doesn’t provide it but the lady at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly. She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience of having to find two witnesses that aren’t family. She didn’t smile, a smile goes a long way. Very disappointed with this customer service especially because I got this same document notarized a year ago with no problem. I hope their customer service can improve in this future! 8/20/25
Poor experience and customer service!!! You sent someone out that was supposed to arrive at 8:37. They didn't arrive till 9:37 without a battery. Then they told the dispatcher and everyone else that we declined the battery because of the price which was a lie. He told us he didn't have a battery for my vehicle! No one asked about a price. How can we ask about a price for a battery he claimed he didn't have? A waste of time.
