Set up Date to have carpets replaced took off work spent 6 hours to remove furniture and beds as they requested no show no call no carpet .after 7hours call saying they for sure be there tomrow.it will take hours to set the beds back up so we can sleep tonight should I do this and do it all again or just get motel tonight?the paper work I have is for today.this is verry frustratin and unprofessional of aaa carpet

My apologies to Mr ******** on this matter. The installation crew had an illnesss that day,which of course was unforseen. We contacted the apartment office as soon as possible to notify the customer. The work will be completed the followng day.
