Beware! If you go into this office just for an inquiry meaning a quote on AAA, then you add a family member. Overdue bills will be automatically generated and insurance due to both yourself and the added family member. This is unauthorized by both parties. One primary customer and the added family member. I have been member since the 80's much over 35-40 yrs. Nothing like this has ever happened in my lifetime.
Courtney did a poor job. Traveled with another couple and we were not even on the same airline going to Hawaii. Seem clueless whenever we needed any information. Will definitely not use them again
Three out of 3 times I call and either no one aswers or the call is answwered from a non Greenville location; My repeat need is for a notary public, a service listed for members like me. Again no notary services available. # out of 3 times I will drive further to a UPS stroree to pay for their services. AAA is also slower to come to me for roadside services if they know I am a member; compared to me paying cash as a nonmember; not good service!!!
