I'll try to keep a long story short. My car was towed to AAA Car Care Plus in Dublin by Elite Auto Services, LLC out of Pataskala. The Elite tow truck driver insisted my car be transported to Dublin, even though I told him several times I wanted to go to Aarow Radiator in Hilliard. My bill was $350 more at AAA Dublin than it would have been at Aarow. After one year of run-around by AAA, I called Elite. I took my car to Sears Auto at Tuttle and had four new tires put on. When I got on the highway my car shook so badly I thought I had a loose tire. I tried to take it back to Sears, but they refused to see me until the following day, even though I was on my way out of town when this happened. Their assistant manager was incredibly rude when I told him I had to leave town and couldn't wait. It was their questionable work that caused the problem. He didn't seem to care. I didn't want to spend a lot for new tires (like everyone else in the world), but the guys at Bob Sumerel were so helpful and knowledgeable, that they made the whole process a good experience. They are also a AAA dealer, so more discounts came my way. I would recommend.
