Floyd and Chris always get me in and out quickly and are good about communicating when the unexpected emerges. They also spend time trying to apply all the AAA discounts you might have missed, too! Traveling from Wisconsin on my way to a wedding, when the brakes on my 2004 Yukon went out. Being stranded in Columbus was very stressful, and trying to find someone to do repairs was difficult until I spoke with Floyd at this AAA shop. He was kind enough to listen and was able to work me into their schedule and help me out. Not only did they fix my truck, they did it at a reasonable price.
