Had previously rated this location very high after a repair. Repair took longer than expected but understandable. The same problem with the vehicle that was allegedly repaired has occurred requiring a tow to another facility. The new facility located the true issue and repaired. I would not recommend this location for repairs and will not be visiting again.
Been waiting 9 hours .. AAA pays you . I pay them . And you know you charge top dollar... Errr.

Short Story: Poor coordination, long delays, and lack of communication. Even with AAA discounts, the cost was high and no support like ride or rental services was offered. The experience was frustrating and unprofessional. We won't be returning. I have taken two cars here, and they both were returned to me with problems. My latest visit was frustrating. I was told my car would be finished on a Friday, and I did not get it back until Tuesday. I called three times and was put on hold indefinitely, and one of the times I gave a call-back number. They never called me back. Once my car was completed, I picked it up, and the check engine light came on during the drive home. $600 later and my car is not repaired.
