My son, a AAA member, brought his 2015 Honda Accord to this shop due to slow starting issues. After performing a diagnostic, they told him the alternator and air conditioning system needed work, among other things. He asked what was absolutely necessary to get the car safely back on the road and was advised to replace the alternator and serpentine belt. Overall nice and will fit you in on short notice. Very busy place. Pricing is high and I'm a AAA member. That's supposed to save money.
Had previously rated this location very high after a repair. Repair took longer than expected but understandable. The same problem with the vehicle that was allegedly repaired has occurred requiring a tow to another facility. The new facility located the true issue and repaired. I would not recommend this location for repairs and will not be visiting again.
Been waiting 9 hours .. AAA pays you . I pay them . And you know you charge top dollar... Errr.
