My driver was awesome. She made sure to find me an open tire place. And before leaving she made sure i was good with everything.

Been coming here for a few years now for oil changes and won't ever be coming back. They do a full inspection of your vehicle for an oil change and point out all the things wrong with your car. Then try to sell you on overpriced labor and parts. $250 for a battery when it's $120 at costco. They generally do a half ass careless job. Air filter clips not fastened on my engine filter and then didn't bother to tighten any of the lug nuts on my girlfriends car. Careless and dangerous. I am not sure how they are. Went there to get an NC state inspection. When I got there, they said they take only appointments and turned me down. Went a location nearby and got the inspection done,along with 4 new tires,alignment, brakes, few fluid change etc and AAA lost a $2600 work!!
Had a bad alternator that also killed my battery. They tried to tell me another place wouldn’t honor my battery’s warranty and I should just pay them to replace it (they did honor it). The day after I had my alternator replaced, my car almost died on the road. The alternator hadn’t been plugged in. It happened again later that week.
