I've called for help with a machine we have in the office, and been told I would receive calls back, which never happened. Also, the individual who set the machine up for us couldn't even tell us how certain features work. Would not recommend AAA Business Systems.
AAA Business Systems, Fayetteville, AR rocks! They have been so good to me for the last 2-3 years since I've used them for my office printer. It's so great to know I have this support and don't have to waste tons of time struggling to make a Wal-Mart printers work, buy overpriced ink and be generally floating out in space by my lonesome. Thank you to everyone there who has been so gracious to me: Kenny, Britt and Betty especially!
