I originally went in just to get my international drivers license, but I ended up learning a lot about what AAA actually offers. Triple AAA sent a technician to jump-start my neighbor’s car, but his work was dangerously careless. He left the jumper cables loose, started the car from inside, and one cable flew off—landing on the engine and starting to melt! If I hadn’t been there to disconnect it, it could’ve caused a fire. Instead of apologizing or checking his mistake, he acted like it was normal and blamed the battery. Totally unacceptable level of safety awareness. Someone could’ve gotten seriously hurt.
I don’t know who been running fraud thru yall to make the new rules so strict but it makes no sense if I set up a account I put 2 members on there 1 member with the car one at work if I’m calling to pay more money which is crazy for same day service why do my other member need the payment uber there name??? If the whole account is paid why does it matter who calls for the rush payment my mom doesn’t have a card to pay over the phone yall made this so hard
