I waited for over 4 hours to get assigned a tow truck driver, and eventually canceled my service call before even being assigned one. I ended up having a family member tow me back. It's absolutely ridiculous to be stuck on the side of the road for SEVERAL HOURS! You claim to care about your customers safety, but being stuck out on the road for hours at a time is not safe at all!
