This is the worst AAA office I've ever been to. I went there to renew my insurance. I waited a very long time for an agent to help me. The agent was very rude and lacked knowledge. The agent told me that replacing a windshield is an accident and my insurance premium have to be increase. I switched my insurance to another company. I do not recommend this office.
I went to this location to meet with one their travel agents and it was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had and I have worked with several travels agents within AAA in a different county. First off the agent did the search while I was there and just picked random hotels with no true effort in gathering my information on the type of experience I wanted. The manager Penny is awesome.
They were nice, but weren't able to help me. I miss the personal touch in helping me set up my air travel plans.
