I have been going to Ara for many years and he has never let me down. His work ethic is outstanding and he is honest with great value for money. He goes has gone ‘above and beyond’ for me and I always leave with a smile on my face.
Terrible customer service from Ara. I went to see this company face to face after being told "they are reliable", and was highly disappointed to find out it is not. I saw them 2 weeks ago and was told that they would call me back early the next week when they had more details from the insurance company. 1 week later I called again to follow up and nothing had been done and they blamed the insurance company (when I am sure they already have the details AAA need as the claim was lodged at the start of November).
