Patronising, condescending, irresponsive. All of the 1 star reviews are accurate in describing the efficiency, reliability and delivery which is provided by AAA body corporate. It is evident, that there is mismanagement of record keeping and confusion regarding the legal obligations and definition of a management role. Truly, an incompetent and toxic workforce. I strongly advise avoiding engaging in a term with AAA.

Update 03/03/26 Despite the 'reassuring message' from them below, it's even gotten worse since my review. We're basically paying for nothing and have to do all the work ourselves. Even basic maintenance are not kept and we as owners are forced to vote for every small thing every time (like gutter cleaning and garden maintenance). I can't even begin to express how bad my experience has been with this body corporate. I can't imagine that being a body corporate manager is an easy job under any circumstances. However, my experience with AAA certified, and especially Catrina L., has been great. Through some of the most difficult situations, dealing with challenging issues and personalities, Catrina has always provided sound advice, maintained a calm level head, always listened and acted professionally and knowledgeably in her responses, and remained non-partial. It is a delight to work with AAA Body Corporate Management team for our 29 Unit Apartment complex at Caloundra. Catrina is an outstanding Manager who responds promptly and compently with professional advice, backed up by the diligent AAA financial team. I find the website rather "clunky", particularly using a mobile phone when searching for documents. Otherwise a 5 star rating. I highly recommend AAA as a Body Corporate Manager. Ken
