This is actually the most unprofessional company I have ever come across in my ENTIRE LIFE. The “manager” there is rude, abnoxious and provides zero customer service. Attached is just one photo of a million rude emails sent by the “manager”, in response to an email from us requesting that AAA be removed from the email list once we’d moved elsewhere. We have been attempting to get our files back from this company for 3 months now. It took 2 months to get a cheque of our money and some files electronically. It took a further month to get one folder of paper documents. I was told that there was only one folder but when got the folder it is clearly marked folder two. Their receptionist is so amazingly rude. Their staff literally never return your call even when you email requests to call and leave messages. Terrible terrible company. I'd give zero stars if I could.
From a trades perspective, AAA are one of the best Stata Management companies to deal with on the Sunshine Coast and Catrina Lowien is an absolute superstar! Not only is she prompt with her replies, extremely organised and super professional but her attention to detail is exceptional with all information included within the first request without the need for further back and forth.
