We have been working with Kaila from AAA and she has been extremely efficient, great with communication and prompt to attend to any issues and has even gone above and beyond sourcing relevant and accurate information for us to make informed decisions as a committee. We are very pleased with our working relationship with Kaila and the team.
We have been AAA customers for many years now and are very happy with the service we receive from AAA. Mostly our dealings are with 2 exceptional employees of AAA, Rochelle a absolutely marvellous Financial Manager for us and Kaila our Strata Manager who keeps surprising us with her knowledge. Thankyou AAA
I have dealt with AAA for some years now and have always found all staff to be courteous and helpful and happy to help with any issue. It's great to know that their professional & friendly back up is there for assistance. Must make a special mention of Kaila who has been exceptional to deal with this year. Thankyou All !
Highly Recommend! There has been a noticeable change within AAA, all for the better. They provide informative and clear information regarding our body corporate. I couldn't imagine trusting our scheme with anyone else.
Patronising, condescending, irresponsive. All of the 1 star reviews are accurate in describing the efficiency, reliability and delivery which is provided by AAA body corporate. It is evident, that there is mismanagement of record keeping and confusion regarding the legal obligations and definition of a management role. Truly, an incompetent and toxic workforce. I strongly advise avoiding engaging in a term with AAA.
