UPDATE... MY 4TH TIME NOW!!! Including video of the $6k damage & after they were done fixing it!!! ❤️ I REALLY have to applaud Mr. Bobby & his ENTIRE crew of people he has working for him!!! This is the 3rd time I've had to use them & each time they have been nothing but caring, kind, dedicated, & prompt with getting my truck fixed! I myself have a thing for top notch, car repair glad to have triple aaa as a repair facility. And mr.bobby owner, one of kind. Great service.
What a complete joke. They had my car for two months after it was rear-ended. I never received a single call or update about the status and everyone was clueless when I called to inquire. My trunk is still very dented and they neglected to even look at the check engine lights which turned on after the accident. When I brought these to their attention I was told to contact someone else that does "paintless dent removal" to fix the trunk and that "only the dealership can fix" the issues with the check engine light. I have used AAA Body Shop for years. They have repaired numerous vehicles for me the past 30 years. Their shop doesn’t have a fancy waiting area or is in a modern building, but they are artists when repairing wrecked vehicles!!!! They are the best body shop in Baton Rouge!!!!
