Got the vehicle back and it doesn't line up in the spacing on the job they did on the front of my car. It's too close on one side with a gap on the other. Not to mention it took way longer than the estimated time and promises were not kept. (Added photos to page as proof)
It took a whole month to fix my car (not too bad a wreck , just $3,500 in damages) then I didn't even get an invoice. After 2 weeks I had to call my car Ins. claims department to get an invoice. AAA had already been paid. I believe this is unethical. I won't recommend this place. Plus they didn't even put the back seat back the way I had it. And the car inside was dirty.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REASON! I DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. MY TRUCK WAS THERE FOR 3 MONTHS WITHOUT THEM EVEN TOUCHING IT EXCEPT FOR THEM TAKING IT APART AND SITTING OUT IN A RAT INFESTED FIELD IN THE BACK OF THE SHED THAT THEY PAINT THE VEHICLES IN. THEY TOOK MY VEHICLE APART EVEN BEFORE ALL OF MY PARTS WERE IN!!!! THAT IS WHY IT JUST SAT THERE WAITING ON A BACKORDER PART IN WHICH THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKE. UPDATE... MY 4TH TIME NOW!!! Including video of the $6k damage & after they were done fixing it!!! ❤️ I REALLY have to applaud Mr. Bobby & his ENTIRE crew of people he has working for him!!! This is the 3rd time I've had to use them & each time they have been nothing but caring, kind, dedicated, & prompt with getting my truck fixed!
