Traveling back from Tennessee the water pump gave way to a heavy leak. Pulled off and autozone had the part. Called and talked to Jeff and he said get here fast and we’ll see what we can do. The personnel nursed the Jeep back to life for hours as it had some nasty calcium built up on the cooling system. Kenny the tech there worked for hours to clear the blockage so we could drive 5 plus hours home. Thanks guys if I were local id visit again!!!
So, I go in for an oil change. I say that I’m going to go get lunch and be back in half an hour. I’m there for two hours and almost past closing time to find out that they have made my car unable to idle. So now, I have to press the gas pedal and the brake pedal at the same time so I don’t stop in the middle of traffic. I do not know why they had to do more than just an oil change.
