Were you aware one of your employees Sue Coffman has a prejudice against the LGBTQ community. She has posted on several Facebook sites her disgust for these customers of AAA. As myself a customer of AAA I find this kind of attitude expressed publicly abhorrent. Please correct this situation or I may have to rethink my membership as this personally affects me!!

Very sloppy work, oil change and there was oil all over the engine bay area. Oily hand prints on my freshly washed car hood, no pictures of that. I would expect a 12 year old to be cleaner with completing this process. I can't get pictures to upload. The engine cover was not attached, I had to put it back on, oil on the engine cover, three different places on the radiator cover area. These were not just drips it was places as big as your hand. No respect for customer property.

Stew and the rest of the staff are always courteous and professional. I have had several cars in there over the years for tires, oil changes and other repairs. I have never once felt that I was being upsold on anything. And for that, they know they will always get my business because I trust them.
