Went there to pick up travel books. I got an oil change today, and it pays to be an AAA member as I received $15 off the charge. Travel books are now just available online only. But can still get state maps and trip-ticks. I did get Book on things to see and do in Michigan.
Amazing experience at AAA Cherry Grove. James G. went above and beyond with my tire service. Really appreciate the help he gave me. WIll be back for two more tires in the future. Thanks so much!!
Dont let this shop touch any vehicle you care about. There have been multiple events that caused this 1 star review. 1.) Brought vehicle in for oil leak/oil pressure light. Dropped it off overnight. They added oil, said there was no leak and sent my sister on her way. By the time vehicle was driven from the shop to home it was bone dry.... Had the vehicle towed back here for them to take a proper look at it. They added oil (broke my tamper sticker I put on the oil cap) and claimed yhe vehicle wasnt low on oil when they looke... read more
Wow, what an amazing experience! I had just come from Tire Discounters, where I had a terrible time, and shared that with the staff here. The cashier, Mr. Fisher, was incredibly helpful and assured me my car would be taken care of the same day. Within an hour, I received a call back letting me know my car was ready. This truly made my day, and I’ll absolutely be a loyal customer from now on.
