Paid 90 dollars for a misdiagnosis. Told me the reason my car wasn't starting was because of a rip in the engine air intake hose and then quoted me almost 500 dollars for a replacement. Declined repair and got the hose swapped out elsewhere and I'm still having intermittent no starts. Not sure what the issue actually is but I'm glad I didn't pay them 500 dollars for something that wouldn't have even fixed the issue. 2 stars because they were friendly and communicated well.
Awesome customer service! I ABSOLUTELY JUST LOVE STEW he's the VERY BEST Customer Service Rep, he treats everyone with respect and professionalism I've known him for about 5 years now because I go to AAA Bob Summeral Cherry Grove for the majority of my Nissan Xterra maintenance, and STEW has always been a perfect gentleman. I hope he NEVER RETIRES..LOL Angie is AWESOME and so kind, she represents AAA Members Services with the upmost professionalism. Gage was my technicians today he was very polite and knowledgeable.
***MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR CAR DIRECTLY BEFORE AND AFTER SERVICES IN THEIR PARKING LOT.*****They damaged my vehicle and said their cameras weren't working to get out of having to be liable and responsible for fixing it! I finally got a call back after making a review. I asked travlers AAA's claims department if they could pull camera footage because i know it was done there.
