Don't even waste your time. Had an appointment for 9:30 for a free oil change that AAA sent me. I had to reschedule to get in earlier, 8:30 (I did this days in advance and had no problems doing so). I walk in and they say they never got a notification that it was rescheduled? Not my problem when I got the confirmation it was rescheduled. They told me they can't get me in until 9:30 and it will take over an hr. That time didn't work for me.
