Extremely deceptive billing and financing practices at this location. I was verbally quoted one price over the phone for tires and brakes, but when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the register total was significantly higher. We have been AAA members for their roadside assistance for 15 plus years but this made it all the more worth it. My daughter is a newer driver and was in Ohio helps her aunt - we live in Kentucky- when her car started making a weird noise. She pulled into the AAA and was super low on oil they topped her off for free and she made it home safe! This kind of service deserves a glowing review and I’m just sad it’s so far from our house or I would 100% use them! Thank you
Went there to pick up travel books. I got an oil change today, and it pays to be an AAA member as I received $15 off the charge. Travel books are now just available online only. But can still get state maps and trip-ticks. I did get Book on things to see and do in Michigan. Travel advisor Kim is the best.
