After discussing what needed to be done over the phone, Monte wasn’t prepared for the job, left and didn’t return. He then refused service and brought politics into the mix. Very unprofessional, would never recommend.
Awful service, broke my bean pot, didn't finish the job and the old guy was rude and awful. Don't hire these people.
Has no idea what his is doing
Monte showed up as scheduled and repaired my roman shade. He was very communicative beforehand and day of service.
Monte helped me with a fast repair on a large broken blind that happened just before a huge family gathering. He was professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated how quickly he responded, and my blinds work great!
