My review has no reflection on the bettendorf office I have not had to deal with them in several years. I am giving this review because I received my renewal notification after my first year of insurance and my home insurance went up $800 and and they are simply saying they cannot control the rates I feel like this was a bait in lowball offer and that they hope I don't switch to another insurance carrier I want to stick with an insurance carrier and trust a relationship not be baited in by low money only to be gouged and cha... read more

On April 12, I explicitly requested Triple AAA Insurance to close my account, but they manipulated the situation and unjustly charged me, sending my account to a collection agency without any prior notification. This biased action disregarded my clear instructions and unfairly damaging my credit. It is unjust that individuals with low profiles must endure such negativity simply because systemic flaws enable it.
