I bought a house that they “fixed” prior to Me purchasing. I called them when we moved in because it wasn’t level. They came and “fixed” it again and it fell again. They came out and want to charge me several hundred dollars for something they can’t do right. I’ve called 3 times in the past couple weeks with no response. The beginning work prior to me buying the house they put pillars under a portion. Well it’s not level. And the quote to correct is over 16k. On their own work? How is this acceptable?
They are terrible at grading, after the third time of coming back to my house to do the grade we still have low spots and a roll back towards the house. Would not suggest them as they're supposed to get water from foundation not into it.
I took the morning off from work and met with Bill on January 18th for an estimate. I got the feeling that they did not want to do the work. I was told that I would be provided a few estimates and could go from there. I never heard back and its been almost a month. I will definitely go somewhere else.
My contact with AAA has been very positive. I was provided a bid this past week and met with Bill. Bill is extremely punctual, knowledgeable and professional. So far, they have earned my trust and confidence and I look forward to working with them. I will update my post once we move forward with the project.
Edit: amending my review to 4 stars, we did eventually hear back from the business and they came out and fixed the installation issue. I appreciate that they were willing to make the situation right. We had this company put in an egress window 5 months ago. They left us dirt to keep filling the areas that would settle. We used all the dirt, kept filling back towards the house as it settled.
