He will steal your money Randy Ballance is a rip-off artist of the highest degree. Believe me he will steal your money and will not do the work. Donât believe any "positive reviews" you might see on the internet because they are his own., even the Google map that he has posted is bogus. He is a master manipulator of the internet and he is constantly changing his company name and phone number to avoid the police and the people he has stolen from.
Randy the Ripoff This dirtbag charged us $8000 to refinish our pool. The pool looked fabulous when he finished. He even brought his family over to show it off. Then things went south. He used expired gel-coat that failed to cure properly. It remained sticky and turned white when the water hit it. He drained the pool and left it empty for a week so some guy could come over and look at it. I guess he thought the mfr was going to make good on expired product. Randy Ballance did a great job on our pool! Randy Ballance deffently was the answer to our nightmare. I had decided to drain our fiberglass pool and clean it up myself for the season. My mistake! In the prosess of draining, the wall broke and a bunch of sand filled the deep end of the pool. His crew came in and removed all the sand, and put alot of effort to repair the wall. With how bad the pool looked before they started. I was glad to just be able to swimming again. But they went past my expectations! Our pool looks great... read more
Randy The Rip-Off Artist Randy and his crew did work for me in 2005 - tile and fibercoat. I spent about $7,000.00. Then in 2006 I had Randy replace my pump and he did not finish the job, left beer cans packaging, old equipment,and butts in my yard, did not perform start up and never answered another call from me. Some one else did start up and said that the electrical wires from pump and sweep to the main box were connected backwards and would have ruined everything if the wiring had not been fixed.Then my pool started to le... read more
