AAA has the WORST customer service!! If I could give them a zero rating, I would. They never answer the phone, and if you go in there in person, they give you the runaround. Nobody could help me with my issue after 5 visits to a branch office and 5 phone calls to the toll free number! Every time I asked to speak to a supervisor on the phone, I was told they were "busy," and I would receive a call back in 48-72 hours... After being on hold for 45 minutes!
