One of the worst AAA locations. Poorly managed staff. Left early so I can go and not wait there long arrived Friday at 3p for dmv services. Walked in they have 4 agents in dmv section. Lady check me in and there’s only one other person in front of me so I sat in waiting area as each agent finished helping the person they were working with. Awesome team at this location!! Helped me with my registration when I lost my paperwork!
I bought a car from a AAA member. Started the paperwork at a AAA. The seller couldn't pass smog so we couldn't finalize the paperwork. 2 weeks later I got the car to pass smog and came back to AAA to finalize the title transfer. AAA turned me away because I wasn't a member. Well AAA, don't start something that you can't finish.
Best service!! Ariana is soooo nice. Kind and friendly service. And gave me very important suggestions!! Finish IDP in 15mins. Now I am ready go to Europe ~
