AAA used to be the highest customer service. Now you are better off going to the DMV... Not to mention the last 3 times we called for roadside assistance it took over 3 hours to show up, one of the times they never showed up 🤬
Arrived a little after 9am opening. You have to check in and they check your AAA membership (no free meals) and ask how you'll be paying. If you're paying with a card, they only accept VISA or MasterCard (no debit cards). You can also pay with cash or check fyi... We came in for DMV services. A car title transfer. Less than 5 minute wait to get called to the next available window. Once we got called it was less than 10 minutes. Just filling out the title and confirming information. Boom. I was on hold indefinitely. I walked to the branch and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. I just wanted to ask if it was possible to exchange foreign currency at this location. This branch needs an overhaul
The team here is the kindest, most helpful group. They get busy, but move efficiently. While they hurry to help, you never feel rushed. From the woman at check-in to the woman who helped me, just hands down the best. You don’t get this level of service at a lot of places anymore. It really seems that AAA knows how to hire, train, support and empower their people.
