I was on hold indefinitely. I walked to the branch and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. I just wanted to ask if it was possible to exchange foreign currency at this location. This branch needs an overhaul

The team here is the kindest, most helpful group. They get busy, but move efficiently. While they hurry to help, you never feel rushed. From the woman at check-in to the woman who helped me, just hands down the best. You don’t get this level of service at a lot of places anymore. It really seems that AAA knows how to hire, train, support and empower their people.

We came into the CAA office in Irvine CA office to have a trust notarized. We didn’t have to wait long and the notary, Mya Williams, was professional, quick, and knowledgeable. We were out the door in less than 1/2 hour. She made the whole process easy. We’ve been with California Automobile Association over 40 years and highly recommend their auto insurance services.
