I went there and stood in line for 2 hours to get discounted SeaWorld tickets, and come to find out that I could have gotten them on the SeaWorld website for the exact same price, even though their price code sheet showed that we were receiving $25 off per ticket. Furthermore, they printed no UPC code on our tickets, so when we got to SeaWorld we had to stand in line anyway even though we had already paid. Very disappointed in the service and lack of knowledge that they had at aaa. I won't be returningto that location.
First of all, I have been a AAA member for 9 years. I support AAA and get great discounts at hotels and Hertz rental. I have even had AAA jump start my car in the snow. This review is for the Pensacola branch. The branch has this older lady with blonde hair at the front desk. Get rid of her or even better retire her. She is rude and has no people skills. Jeremy is the bomb! He was kind,and very professional and does his job well. This office was organized and the service was quick. This location is a plus plus.
My car was clicking bumping grinding and Klaus @AAA car care told me my car needed $1,800 worth of work. Came in on Thursday but He waited until Monday to tell me. Thanks for nothing. Went to Lowcountry Mag and Tire and it cost $77.00 including oil change! My car was just missing motor mount bolts, it's running great! No more AAA! Last time I was there they said they rotated tires but didn't. This time while I was at the counter waiting, another man was there because they didn't rotate his either. Caveat Emptor!
Never had a bad experience either in person or calling.. I have no issues when calling Hecktown Rd AAA!
I've worked with Jamie twice now and both times she has been such a tremendous help! I don't travel very often so she was there to help me book my tickets and make sure everything was done correctly. I had to go dig for information and Jamie was more than patient. Super help making all the arangements.
Bad customer service. Attitude problem starting at reception desk.
If there was a rating lower then 1 star I would give it. They treated my daughter with much distain and disrespect that I would NEVER recommend anyone use their services. They also take advantage of females and college students. Shame on you for being so foul and nasty!
They have a great friendly staff who knows what they are talking about!!!! They can fix you car fast and it is done right!
