The best staff. Big office and never had a long wait time. Also, they do some DMV services.
We went in to transfer our vehicle to our daughter and in all my 37 years of dealing with AAA I have never been treated by a customer service rep like I was today. Linda was condescending and treated and talked to you like you were 2 years old. I think her skill set is better suited for the DMV but most definitely not in CS. Both my husband and I had to speak up to let her know she was not being helpful and basically setting us up for failure and my daughter who has never done this before was made to feel like she just kept ... read more
Called for service dog jumping in caused door to close with my phone and keys in car. AAA guy spent 5 minutes trying 3 methods two times each before blaming my dog on locking the door back on him, while I was watching that never happen, then left, leaving me to have to break my window to get into my van, dude wouldn't even let me try the tools I could have used and got in my own vehicle with in two minutes and said no, watched me break my window as he got in to drive off.
