We went in to transfer our vehicle to our daughter and in all my 37 years of dealing with AAA I have never been treated by a customer service rep like I was today. Linda was condescending and treated and talked to you like you were 2 years old. I think her skill set is better suited for the DMV but most definitely not in CS. Called for service dog jumping in caused door to close with my phone and keys in car. AAA guy spent 5 minutes trying 3 methods two times each before blaming my dog on locking the door back on him, while I was watching that never happen, then left, leaving me to have to break my window to get into my van, dude wouldn't even let me try the tools I could have used and got in my own vehicle with in two minutes and said no, watched me break my window as he got in to drive off. Find anyone to use for insurance besides AAA.. They charged us insurance on a car for a year after the Thomas fire that had been burned .. supposed to receive a refund check and never did .. thousands of dollars owed STILL.. Got in an auto incident where a piece of a sprinter van flew off and hit my vehicle causing damage.. triple A says ok you can file a claim.. what !?!? Lucky the other insurance took care of me but my own insurance wouldn't help fight for my side.. And the most recent.. had to file a renters insurance cla... read more
