If I could in would give this a 0 star, I called them at 9 to get a tow truck and I got a message saying that it would take 2 hours but then when they sent me the time that it was gonna get here it literally said 12:56am that’s so stupid telling me that it’s going to take 2 hours but it’s actually gonna take 4, I called again to see if I could get another tow truck and the lady was very rude and she hung up. They refer me to a place in Oxnard for my boat. I just remember the Yukon and boat on the maps back then. Must be exceptional service or I wouldn't have put em on the maps lol

AAA closes at 5. I got there at 4:56 and was out of there within minutes. I swear just being able to go here instead of the DMV to renew my vehicle registration once a year is worth the membership alone.

Let me tell you that this is totally worth the membership! In fact I cannot recommend this place highly enough to everyone! Every single person in there is so helpful and resolves any question or issue you have with your vehicle as instant as possible! Even if you don't ever use the towing service that they're known for, it would be worth it to pay the basic membership just for the service they offer in the office alone! I highly recommend this place to everyone!
