The first 3 months of my policy I had a suspend registrations. They blamed it on the dmv. The dmv showed me proof it was AAA. Moves to north Cali the price went down and I’ve never had a problem in 6 years. It’s the people who work here not the company.
very friendly and fast service
The DMV said this amount could be waived, but here they’re piling on every possible unfavorable clause just to make the customer pay. They even told me I could get the same service at the DMV, but now they’re saying they can’t do it. This is such a terrible service
I waited almost an hour for them to tell me that they couldn’t transfer the title of a car my partner bought. I’ve never had any issue anywhere else (including the DMV) transferring a title without the buyer or seller present. They didn’t like that my partner and the seller didn’t sign their FULL NAME (first, middle, and last). Who signs THEIR FULL NAME?
