I waited almost an hour for them to tell me that they couldn’t transfer the title of a car my partner bought. I’ve never had any issue anywhere else (including the DMV) transferring a title without the buyer or seller present. They didn’t like that my partner and the seller didn’t sign their FULL NAME (first, middle, and last). Who signs THEIR FULL NAME?
