From 4 stars 7 years ago to 2 stars. The employees downstairs helping you on registration and other things are very nice and professional. The insurance agents upstairs here are very nice ONLY when you inquire for auto and home insurance. They would even give you the "With Geico you talk to random agents, but here you can come see me at my office or even text me for any issues" Been only 4 months and no response from my agent. I texted and called 3 times I asked for Brian, and they hang up on me. Called again, they picked up... read more
