They listed my registration as paid with credit when i paid cash and it has inconveienced me by delaying the sale of a vehicle i want to get rid of. I call the office to ask about the process time and they couldn't even look it up for me.
I have been a member for 48 years. I'm 49. I have premier membership which I never use. I went in to see if the office did vin verification for the dmv. The girl in glasses was so rude. Although I showed her the fleet information on my fleet app for my car, she demanded that I have paperwork. I went to staples and printed out the documents.
