We call for assistance and the time it was 45 minutes and they took them like two hours to get here then the guy pulling on the parking lot and left without looking or ask who need the assistance. It is a horrible service.
Great as usual.
Horribly slow and poorly organized. While waiting in the DMV Express line 3 people who had not brought the proper paperwork were helped first and finished 20 minutes before I even made it to the front of the line. Also, there are two receptions who just direct people to the express line or wait for their name. I can't imagine why two are needed.
Jorge at AAA in Arcadia, CA went above and beyond to help me with my insurance. Really appreciate all he did for me and my family. Highly recommend!
My car registration at AAA was incredibly fast and efficient. Liz provided excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service, making the whole process a breeze. The only drawback was that debit cards are not accepted for payment. Because of the fast service and Liz's help, l'd give AAA 5 stars, but the lack of debit card payment brings it to a still-high 3 stars. Highly recommend for quick registration and great staff like Liz!
