Zero stars if I could. I had a terrible experience with AAA due to the behavior of insurance agent (Edward Perez). He was impatient, rude, and unprofessional throughout our interaction. He failed to print the specific documents I clearly requested and instead of acknowledging his mistake, he argued with me. I had to pull up the documents myself and walk him through them line by line to show what was missing. Even then, he did not apologize or attempt to resolve the issue. “ Shawheen” needs the ultimate praise! I called Roadside assistance and he came two separate days for two different problems! Rocking the Ozzy glasses and having a killer attitude! He helped fix my car which I will forever be grateful. I wish I asked for his Instagram or something so I can tip him great in the future! 10/10 great customer service!!! P.S Shawheen thank you again for your service, my car works great and the tire hasn’t popped yet. Message me on something lol
