WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT GET LIFE INSURANCE FROM LOREN HO! We tried canceling our plan and she told us we didnt have to fill out a form and that she would do it for us. So we took her advise. She also reassured us that we would get a confirmation email within 7-10 business days. Neither happend. Policy never was canceled and now we have to pay a late fee! I went to Triple A to renew a handicap plate and it went well because Kathleen made the process stress free. There was a glitch with DMV and Kathleen took the initiative to straighten things out, which she did and we were able to renew our placard when it seemed odds were against us..Thank you Kathleen, you're awesome and we appreciate all that you did for us .
