Friendly staff
After getting my own first car, the insurance broker gave me a quote and promised it would be cheaper after the first month due to a ticket almost expiring. Well, after that month I went in to speak to him and he said he’ll get on it. I had to go in 5 times over the course of two months and it turns out he “forgot” every time I went in. I canceled my membership and the lady at the front desk said I would receive a refund of $273. Now I’m getting letters saying I owe $273.
