Liliana Ruiz the adjuster that was assigned to my claim is rude, condescending, dishonest and untrustworthy. I highly suggest if you have to file a claim or if one is filed against you record all conversations and request emails to confirm all outcomes and or statements. To be fair AAA membership and other services are excellent. After 10 years with AAA I decided to cancel auto insurance and keep membership. It was disappointing to find out I trusted Liliana and she lied about the outcome of my claim.
I’m so grateful to have this office near by to take care of my DMV and general insurance matters. I love the consistency on their excellent costumer service… The front desk agents are courteous and friendly. My agent Juan Murillo was knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and friendly. The facilities are extremely clean and welcoming. Thank you so much for the support throughout the years 🙏🏼😊
