TERRIBLE. Ive been with them almost 13 years with a short 6 month or so lapse where I didnt drive so currently 9 year member. My car broke down on 10th where theres no shoulder. I've been sitting here for an hour. First they told me 40 min, then 50, then 40 min in 25 to 30. 2 AAA trucks have driven by, nothing on them. 2 Sheriffs have driven by and AAA said they were going to call them for me, never did. 8 times theyve asked if I am "in a safe place," showing not a single one of then cared to leave a note or read a note, or ... read more

Went in to pay for our vehicle registration which is a bit better than waiting at the DMV. The line if any is always shorter and much faster. While there I picked up some travel brochures. The staff is always courteous and helpful.
