Shorter lines than the DMV is a good thing for me.
Terrible customer service the agents don’t put the right information. on my policy they always make a mistake putting the wrong information charge me extra money by putting services that I don’t request.also they have bad attitude and make a difference with customers. Very unprofessional also with phone calls. When you want to talk to the “manager “ always in meetings. I hope the CEO see this message to do something about it.
Angela Blagmon is the best service specialist at this AAA branch, went there to get my international driving permit and she went above and beyond to assist me with exceptional customer service skills. Kudos to her!
We had our totaled car towed by a AAA tow truck to a AAA tow yard and was sent a bill for $1500 for storage… we shouldn’t be stuck with this bill, our insurance rep should’ve gotten that covered by the other insurance company, but we couldn’t even talk to our rep throughout the entire claim process as she never returned any correspondence.
