Terrible service! Just moved to the Lancaster area, and I figured, 'Let's give it a shot; how bad can it be?' Well, I waited in line for 30 minutes just to register my vehicle. The employees act just like the DMV; they chat among themselves after completing a transaction with a customer for over 10 minutes, knowing full well that the lines are building up with customers, with no insight into care. Shorter lines than the DMV is a good thing for me.
Terrible customer service the agents don’t put the right information. on my policy they always make a mistake putting the wrong information charge me extra money by putting services that I don’t request.also they have bad attitude and make a difference with customers. Very unprofessional also with phone calls. When you want to talk to the “manager “ always in meetings. I hope the CEO see this message to do something about it.
Angela Blagmon is the best service specialist at this AAA branch, went there to get my international driving permit and she went above and beyond to assist me with exceptional customer service skills. Kudos to her!
