took my diesel suburban to these guys a while back for a transmission that they said would take a couple days to fix and would be about $2,500. 6 weeks a lot of excuses and $6,500 later they had blown up my motor tried to play dumb even had me come all the way from Whister saying it was ready but there was a horrific knock coming from the motor so knowing i lived in whistler a didn't have much choice I had to buy a used motor and have them install it, after getting home it leaked all over my driveway and had to take it back ... read more

Took my vehicle in at 7:39 am and knew I would have to wait for my inspection. I was told it would be about 2 hours. I was fine as I would walk to Starbucks and shops close by. I came back 3 1/2 hours to find they had not touched it. I had a wasted morning. Called a local auto shop and was able to take it this next morning and get the inspection. I will say the employees are very nice but, should have kept me better informed. .

Richard the driver was such a gentleman. I live in Florence Arizona and I needed 2 tows and he was prompt, polite and very friendly.. I am so glad I have AAA as I am a senior lady who appreciates excellent service.

Needed a tow from my home to the tire shop. Nancy arrived with the tow truck and provided me with outstanding service! She offered great advice, showed me where to find my emergency kit (didn't even know my Smart Car had one), and told me I should consider bumping my plan up one notch, which made lots of sense. Outstanding AAA employee!

When I walked into Auto Glass Assist the associates at the desk smiled and said good morning and that set the tone for the experience I had there. The entire team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the process of replacing my windshield.  The job was done in a timely manner and you cannot tell the windshield had been replaced, they even washed the car!  I would definitely recommend this business for windshield replacement.

I work for the company and they refused to give me my last paycheck. Did Not such a big company will have such low morals.. If the customers only knew what went on behind closed doors, they would not take their cars there, and they will be out of business

I tried to get a quote from Ryan Johnston of AAA Home & Auto Insurance for my mother's condo contents. He didn't return calls, made me wait for weeks to connect. Then when he did finally communicate, he didn't recall any of our previous conversations and refused to even give me an estimate. Do not use Ryan Johnston unless you want to be disappointed and disrespected.

Horrible service… never have encountered this in my lifetime! Moved here from Maryland and depended on his “wisdom and experience” in helping to get us up and started with an auto, house, and umbrella policiy….Always an EXCUSE why he could not follow through…. I had to take it upon myself to get it done!…. Find someone else!
