Travel department is worst they tell me one price , another person reviews it then its a different price which is fine but then go to the place they booked reservations for me for and its completely diffrent with more added service fees which AAA never told me about.. then I call AAA to see if they can help me or call the place or attempt anything then say no ..not even an attempt to help me for their mistake. Extremely disappointed with AAA service. I have already been waiting for over 2 hours for a simple battery replacement because my car won’t start. I am stuck in a dark, unsafe, and scary area, and the weather was freezing cold — I was shivering uncontrollably and my entire body was shaking. After calling again, they told me to wait another 30 minutes to an hour, which is completely unacceptable.
