Today was a sad day for me. I always thought AAA truly cared about customer service. I've been a AAA customer for almost 20 years; all my insurance policies are with AAA. Today, I realized that there are agents like Brandon Hall who only care about commission, which is why they don't like helping long-time customers. If you're truly looking for a genuine person, I recommend Jose Luis Flores Lovato. Not only does he speak perfect Spanish, he has a kind and sincere heart.
I am paying all this money and they don't even answer their phone. Simple question about Intl. Drivers License services at that particular office that were unanswered by internet search and definitely not on their list of robot options. Humans please!
Amazing staff at this office with friendly warm service. Handicap parking located off street Harbor Blvd. Easy access. Member services desk for quick check in or direct quickly to appropriate service counter. Ive been a member 33+ years and recently transfer to this branch which is located closer to my home and couldn't be happier. Don't forget when you bundle home / auto/ life policies / recreation you get greater discounts. Travel services too. ☆☆☆☆☆
