There is not an intelligent associate in this entire place! We trusted them with both our vehicle and home policies, and they continue to mess up. We have used AAA for 45 years, and never in all my experiences have i dealt with such ignorant people!!
Been a AAA member 34 years and have had positive experiences most of the time until encountering Sean Barris at this branch. Extraordinarily rude, condescending and unprofessional. I get everyone has bad days but stay home if that's the case.
Employee Shawn or John Buris.. is a horrible Employee. Arguing with me an my wife over wanting to be transfered to another Employee because he wanted to answer our questions an I told him a lady by the name of Tiffany was helping us .
