I brought my Honda Accord to have a broken sunroof glass replaced. After replacing the sunroof glass, it did not retract properly. Danny one of the techs asked me to bring my car back the next day, and they would remedy the problem. I had some questions, but Ashley the bookkeeper was very patient and courteous answering them.The service at AAA is professional, proficient and friendly. Ashley, James, and Danny from the Hixson location were great to deal with. They were professional and friendly. James and Danny picked up and dropped off my vehicle so I wouldn’t have to miss work.
My unique and difficult situation in getting my windshield replaced was made 100x better by the manager at this location, James. He was really nice and SUPER professional. I was frustrated at first, but walked away from the ordeal impressed, because of James. It was a pretty understandable issue that we ran into, but I didn't fully realize that until I dealt with James. He seems like a top-notch manager, and I would return here because of him.
This place is amazing. Will use them every time I need a repair or replace on my windshield. Professional, fast, and courteous!
