AAA had the tow truck at my location within 15 min. Driver called to say he was on his way. Very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Knew exactly where to tow it. AAA towing was $6.00 per month cheaper than my car insurance towing and MUCH faster response.
I wasn't able to start my SUV, after charging it a couple nights before. I had an appointment with the dealership, yet couldn't even jump it with my charger. After contacting AAA, they sent a link to my phone, which wouldn't open, so I called back again, answered questions, and was able to get a text. Local Hornick towing was there shortly after. The young man got it started, advised me to keep it running, and that my alternator checked out ok. I drove straight to the dealership, who found a cell was bad.

We were on vacation the night before we were supposed to leave tried to crank the truck battery’s dead and I’m 7hrs from home ,and it’s Friday night, called AAA 6 PM. Wrecker driver arrived around 6:45PM who was a super nice guy got me jumped off and running by 7PM. The couple that were on vacation with us said they would be calling AAA the next morning to get signed up.
