AAA first coordinated my roadside assistance by location and timing. It was the hottest day of the summer and a heat advisory was issued. I’m 73, on medications and cannot be outdoors in a heat advisory situation. The first technician detected a weak battery issue, but had to call 📱 for towing because his equipment was not strong enough to charge. Had a flat tire and AAA sent a truck within 40 minutes. I have roadside assistance on my insurance but didn’t want to make a claim. AAA is the way to go.
It’s so reassuring to know there is still a company that actually works for its customers. My AAA membership has paid for itself as I’ve had to utilize the tow service and battery service. The responders are always courteous and willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer whole following any unexpected auto needs.
