If I could give it zero stars I would. 3 times MTM has scheduled me with them including AFTER I got an exemption from taking them. All 3 times they refused to confirm. All 3 times THE DRIVER NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!!
Hire better drivers. I just got ran off the road at 1:52 pm on buckeye rd and 12th st in Phoenix, AZ by one of your drivers. He needs to be fired.
We were AAA members for a long, long time. We recently called local AAA roadside service for a battery replacement. The AAA call center agent took our info (including our car make and model) and dispatched a service technician. When the technician showed up, he abruptly told us they don't replace batteries on our specific foreign vehicle make and model. We asked him why the call center agent did not notify us of this and he told us it happens every day all the time. So we CANCELED our AAA membership. Very deceptive company!
