This company will rob you. Paul came to my home less than 10 minutes he didn't even take the front off of the washer and said it's your suspension rods. He said if you don't want to fix it then that's that. But give me $90 and that will go towards fixing it and he'll order the parts. He calls me the next morning says oh your whole system is bad he said the transmission and everything and it doesn't even need to be fixed. I said what can I have my $90 back and they said no. Theresa was the best!! She completely gets it. A new dryer we had purchased, had completed failed. We were without a dryer, and spending a fortune at the laundromat. She ordered the parts quickly and got us going with a tech before the holiday 4th weekend. Simply the best!!! Shout out to the Paul the tech, also 5 stars!! Very efficient, and highly recommend.
Contracted thru our home warranty to repair door opening during dishwasher cycle. Tech fixed it and it lasted two weeks. Same problem happening and they won't come back out unless we pay the warranty company another fee. Pay twice for the same issue? How about you fix it!
