We had them come out to fix our dryer. While they did fix the dryer in an hour this company charges a fee aka "trip charge" of $49.50. This is an outrageous charge bc they drove less than a mile to our house. We were charged for the part then a service charge as well as a trip charge. We called to try and see why it was so much of a charge for driving to our house. "It is a flat rate" they said. The repair man came one week ago he stated he knew what was wrong and asked that I on the spot provide him with $150 to order the part. I provided him the money and he said he ordered the part it would be in in one week. Today he came back out put in the part it did not fix it. He proceeded to explain he in fact had no idea what was wrong with it. When he ordered the part it was simply a guess in the dark. don't go there. I bought a belt for my dryer and when I got it home I opened it and it wasn't right. I took it back and he said that he doesn't take returns on opened items. How are you supposed to know if it works or fits if you don't open the package. Now I'm out the money and had to buy a new dryer!
