AAA Appliance Services was amazing. Randy fixed our dryer and our oven which are both working great now. The service call to diagnose the problem was scheduled soon after my call and repairs were completed quickly and at a fair price. Randy was a pleasure to deal with and even though a part had to be ordered for the oven, which took a few days, he did his best to get it quickly and get the repairs done as soon as the part was in. Was able to come out quickly for the service call. We ended up going with another provider due to home warranty - when he came back to collect for the service call, he was extremely rude and showed up at the front door with no warning and expected cash or check immediately. We informed him that there was no prior communication about payment, so we were not prepared with cash or check. We asked if we could reschedule for the next day so we could have cash prepared, but he refused to leave. Not only was his behavior aggressive... read more
