AAA Appliance Service Center claims to be LG certified, why did the technician need to call LG for advice on how to repair the appliance for simple repair that was clearly defined? The service technician came when it was clear that the lid needed to be replaced with the right part bought and ready to be installed. He didn’t listen and said it would take 2 people.
