We bought a dryer a little while ago and it has run perfectly. So, we decided to also replace our washing machine. It is doing well too. The people are very nice and truly desire to help you, but they are not pushy. 2 years later I took another washer to them expecting I would need to buy another. But, they said “let us look at it. It sounds like we might be able to fix it.” They did fix it for only $25. You can’t beat that. They were extremely nice too
They came out quickly when I felt I was in a mess! They did a great job fixing my stacked (and connected) washer. Thank you!!!
My husband and I “tried” to use this company. We were met with not only a rude “repair man” but we were also met with a very rude , unprofessional receptionist. We are very disappointed, dissatisfied and overall just let down by an establishment that not only offered zero help in my situation but berated us for being upset with how rude they are. Just a very confusing interaction when, all we needed was help with our appliance .
Rude and unprofessional. Waited for weeks for a call back on parts, when I called back, i was told to go somewhere else. I will.
