Taylor came out and was super helpful. I really appreciated that he tried to work around my schedule and called before he got here. It really takes the guess work out of waiting around during a 2 hour block of when someone will get there. He was very quick if getting my dishwasher working again. So quick that it seemed to work before he even got here. I will definitely be calling them again for any appliance repairs I need.
I made my appointment on Tuesday and tech provided me a two hour window For the next day. He called 30 minutes before arrival, which gave me plenty of time to meet him on site, showed up on time and Has the repair done quickly at a reasonable cost. Definitely recommend.
We are very happy with the service we received. They were able to get to us the same day. The technician was able to repair the refrigerator / freezer for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again for any future appliance repairs.
When no one else would come fix my stand alone freezer, he came right out, ordered part and serviced before my food spoiled. Definitely will spread the word.
