We had Taylor Cabot come to repair our dryer in Silver spring shores, at the time we weren’t at our house but trusted Taylor when he said it was fixed so we sent him over 500. dollars only to find out it wasn’t fixed at all! He said he was waiting on a part and rescheduled an appointment only to have him be a no show and not come back at all! Now are dryer doesn’t work and we’re out 550.00 dollars!🤨

Hello sir/manager I called regarding refrigeration problem guy came in told me need some part paid 400$ after that week later he came in with part and said it’s fixed paid $450 total of 850. He told me wait for 24 hours it should be working. So I waited it’s not working I decided to call them let them know it’s been 7 days no response or nothing . Please do clarify my issue as the payment has already done. Thanks
I called Appliance Repair on a random Thursday and the gentleman I spoke with was just so nice to me. I was desperate to get my dryer fixed and he only had an appointment for Tuesday because it was Labor day weekend. I asked him if he can by any chance come at that time while we were talking. He checked and he was only like 7 minutes away from my house. Not only did he show up in the 7 minutes. But had my dryer fixed within 10 minutes of that. No hesitation, super nice and very helpful.
