I would give Zero stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. We moved into a new home and the icemaker was broken. Needed all the parts for the Kitchenaid to repair it. Taylor promptly returned my message and showed up for our initial appt. He did not have the parts, so had to order it. It took a week and he came to install it albeit a little later than the appt. the bill was more than he quoted for the repair by about 50$ (not including the water filters we requested). Taylor still has $200. and no response for over 2 weeks now. Ripped off. Had to use another company to finish repairing my dishwasher.

Great company very knowledgeable honest and up front. Although we did not repair our refrigerator due to the cost of repair vs buying new, Taylor was honest and saved us money in the long run.

Taylor came out same day to repair my refrigerator. He hand the part with him on his truck and had me up and running In no time. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable.
