This guy had NO idea what he what he was doing! Charged me for parts that didn't fix the problem. I finally called a professional that had to repair the mess made by AAA and then fix the initial problem.
I use David all the time and have for years. In fact, I would rather wait to have AAA come over than to call someone else who can come over right away.
This is the guy!!! not only was he fast and really knew his stuff, but didn't charge me an arm and a leg!! some other guy looked at it and said my transmission was bad, we approved the $325 repair, but he never showed up...twice. Mom said to call AAA, he told me on the phone that it wasn't the transmission, said he had the part I needed on his truck, and actually was there within 2 hrs!!! 35 minutes and $154 later and i was doing laundry...and it's been working fine for 4 months now, I'll never call anyone else!!!!
OUTSTANDING, fast, friendly, and fair....came out same day. looked at my dishwasher, verified the problem was what he thought on the phone, took part out of his pocket and fixed it!!! cost $128, much lower than others had said!!! I'll never call anyone else!!
